Shipping Information

VineWineAccessories.com offers the following shipping options.


Standard Delivery

Most purchases are shipped and scheduled to arrive within 7-14 business days from date of the order.  Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.  Standard Delivery option is available for all orders in the continental U.S.   We will notify you of any delay beyond 30 days.


Standard shipping rates do not apply to any orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, except for Vinturi wine aerator, Ravi instant wine chiller, Nuance Wine Finer and Quake Guardian which will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.  


Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Currently we are limited to domestic deliveries within the United States.  Please check back with us at a later date concerning potential International orders.

Residents of Hawaii 

We, at VineWineAccessories look forward to the opportunity to serve you. Due to distance and some remote locales within Hawaii, shipping of oversized and heavy merchandise (i.e. those with delivery charges reflected in the product summary) shipped directly from the manufacturers can be extremely expensive. We request that you email sales@VineWineAccessories.com or call (1-866-440-4378) before completing your order to verify the cost of delivery.


White Glove Delivery

Some wine cellars and other heavy items may receive White Glove Delivery (this will be specified on the order information).  With this service, the item is brought into your home, unpacked, inspected and the packaging is disposed.  Delivery is by appointment, and you will be called to arrange a day.  For most items, the charge for this service is separate from standard delivery charges.  An additional charge of $65 is applied for every set of 10 stair steps beyond the first 4 stair steps from the sidewalk.

Please be aware that large refrigerated units are expensive to ship.  If, for any reason other than damage or defect, you decide to return one of these items there will be a 20% re-stocking charge.  Additionally, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.  This includes any purchase that received free shipping at time of initial purchase.


Wine Cellar Delivery Services Information

Many, but not all, heavy items and wine cellars (50 bottles or more) are delivered through the White Glove Delivery service. White Glove delivery service will be indicated in the final order information if it is offered.

All mini or compact cellars (less than 50 bottles) are shipped door-to door or first covering.  In these deliveries you are still notified, given a time window and the unit is usually placed inside the front door, basement or garage.  If you need further clarification or assistance please call.
