Guarantee, Returns, Refunds and Warranty information

When you shop with us you have our commitment to stand behind and support the products we sell.  Whether it is a package damaged in shipping or other problems, please give us a call or send us an Email within 48 hours at customerservice@vinewineaccessories.com.  Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect

RETURNS 

You must be completely satisfied with your purchase, or simply return the item pre-paid within 30 days for exchange or refund. We only ask that you return the merchandise in new condition, in or with the original packaging, and your receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Please note you may be charged for shipping and any applicable restocking fees on returned orders. This includes the cost of free shipping; items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost.

 Sorry, no returns on personalized items.

NOTE: Bago Luma wine racks are quality items that are custom made for each individual order.  Unfortunately, this means that Bago Luma orders cannot be cancelled or returned once placed, so please call with any questions you may have prior to ordering. 

DAMAGES 

If you received an item that was damaged in transit and need to exchange it for the same item, please give us a call or send us an Email within 48 hours at customerservice@vinewineaccessories.com to request a replacement. Please keep the item(s) for 10 business days for possible inspection by carrier.

WARRANTIES ON WINE CELLARS

VineWineAccessories.com in agreement with our manufacturer and distributor warranty all wine cellars to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use, and service for a period of (1) year from receipt for both parts and labor. 

If your wine cellar is not operating within the Manufacturers' specifications, VineWineAccessories.com and or the Manufacturer reserve the right to repair or replace the wine cellar.  We may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the wine cellar.  All cost for labor and materials is covered for (1) full year from date of receipt.  

Products sold by VineWineAccessories.com come with a limited warranty provided by the product manufacturer.  While we attempt to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and the manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers.  VineWineAccessories.com makes no express warranties of any kind and disclaims any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability.  VineWineAccessories.com shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of any product sold by VineWineAccessories.com.  Rights may vary from state to state.
