What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a quick exchange, refund or credit.  We only ask that you return the merchandise in new condition, in the original packaging with your receipt.

Do you guarantee your merchandise?

When you shop with us you have our commitment to stand behind and support the products we sell.  Whether it is a package damaged in shipping or other problems, please give us a call or send us an Email.  This guarantee applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect

Products sold by VineWineAccessories.com come with a limited warranty provided by the product manufacturer.  While we attempt to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and the manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers.  Please click guarantee statement to review our complete guarantee and warranty information.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you online.

All pages of the ordering process that request credit card information uses secure encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.  However we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Web site, and you do so at your own risk.

Do you sell or rent my personal information?

Can I personalize my purchase?

Some of our merchandise can be personalized; either engraved, embroidered, or screen printed.  Please contact us for specifics.

Can I return personalized purchased?

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any items which have been personalized.

Do you accept custom orders for Corporate Gift programs?

What are your Shipping Policies?

VineWineAccessories.com offers the following shipping options.

Standard Delivery

Most purchases are shipped and scheduled to arrive within 5-10 business days of shipment of the order.  Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.  Standard Delivery option is available for all orders in the continental U.S.   We will notify you of any delay beyond 30 days.

Standard shipping rates do not apply to any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska  will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service or Next Day Delivery.

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Currently we are limited to domestic deliveries within the United States.   Please check back with us at a later date concerning potential International orders.

Express Delivery Policy

We offer two express delivery methods - 2 Business Day Delivery and Next Business Day Delivery.  All express delivery orders for in-stock items must be placed before 10 am MST in order to be processed and shipped the same day.  Any orders placed after 10 am MST will be processed the following business day.  If any order is placed after 10 am MST on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday or next business day.

Items with a noted separate shipping charge, such as oversized or heavy items and some wine cellars cannot be shipped using express delivery methods.  Any orders that combine items with a separate shipping charge and items that use the shipping chart will be charged the shipping chart fee for only those items and for the selected shipping method and the separate shipping fee. The item with the extra shipping fee will not be delivered using the express delivery methods.

White Glove Delivery

Wine cellars and other heavy items receive our White Glove Delivery.  With this service, we bring the item into your home, unpack it, inspect it and dispose of the packaging.  Delivery is by appointment, and you will be called to arrange a day.  For most items, the charge for this service is separate from standard delivery charges. 

How are your wine cellars delivered?

All heavy items and wine cellars (50 bottles or more) are delivered through the White Glove Delivery service.

All mini or compact cellars (less than 50 bottles) are shipped door-to door or first covering.  In these deliveries you are still notified, given a time window and the unit is usually placed inside the front door, basement or garage.  If you need further clarification or assistance please call.
